I know a lot of people are hesitant to work with a realtor and opt to take on the stress and responsibility themselves… but let me tell you, Vanessa is a godsend!! She was patient while we looked at (and rejected) dozens of properties until I found the one. She really took her time educating me about the housing market and buying/selling process so I could be entirely prepared for making my investment. All of this alone made me a believer, but then she got in the trenches with me as we battled with a very difficult transaction. I couldn’t be more grateful.
